Metro Racine Safety Enforcement is now accepting applications for Security Officer for special events and on an as needed 8-40 hours per week basis.  Requirements for our positions are a least one of the following: 1 year experience in security related field, current criminal justice student or training in criminal justice program/degree (2 or 4 yr), corrections officer, former US military professional, former law enforcement or police academy graduate. 

Private security permit desired, however, we will assist the proper candidate in obtaining a permit if one is not currently held. Must not have any felony or misdemeanor convictions. Must have a valid drivers' license and HS diploma or GED, excellent writing ability, ability to pass drug screen, ability to pass background investigation, excellent computer skills, pass weapons training and DAAT training.
